| Getting Started on Your New Website |
- Go to the temporary website address you were sent in your welcome email. It is the URL that starts with: http://www.focusonplanning.com/YOUR_DOMAIN_NAME.aspx...
- When there, click on the home page photo. You will then be taken to the login screen.

- At the login screen, enter the username and password you gave us when you signed up. Doing so will take you to your Website Manager.
- Once there, you will notice that the left hand portion of the screen has buttons to the various pages of your site. By clicking on a button, you can begin editing the particular page that the button refers to.
- Each page has instructions on how to add content, and edit that page.
- There is a button in the upper right area named 'Help' which, when clicked, will take you to our Customer Central page that has information and tutorials on how to use Website Manager and more.

| Compliance Officer? Submitting Your Site to Compliance |
- If you have a broker dealer and have a compliance officer, your temporary website (the http://www.focusonplanning.com/YOURDOMAINNAME.aspx address) will need to be approved by them before we activate your actual domain name and turn on our Compliance Manager tool.
- When your temporary website is approved by your compliance officer, please notify us and we will activate your website (make your site live) and turn on the online Compliance Manager tool.
- Once the Compliance Manager tool is turned on any changes you make to your site will need to be approved by your compliance officer.
- To submit changes on your site to your compliance officer click"Save Changes" and then click the "Request Compliance Review" button.

- Doing so, generates an email to your compliance officer that you have made changes to your site that you need them to review.
- When your compliance approves these changes they are immediately updated and displayed on your live site via our automated system.
- *Note: Turning on or off tools, articles, newsletters or calculators does NOT require compliance review or approval and neither does changing the home page photo.
- What if Your Broker Dealer Doesn't Use Our Compliance Tool? If your Broker Dealer does not use our tool, you will need to notify them each time you make changes to your site.

| Your Domain Name: Before Your Site Can Go Live! |
| Did you own your domain name before you signed up with us? |
If so, we will need to have your domain name pointed to our servers. Contact your current domain registrar or former website hosting company to change all name server (NS) information. These need to be in this order:
NS1: server.fvisions.com NS2: ns2.fvisions.com NS3: ns3.fvisions.com
We can do this for you if you give us the name of the registrar or website hosting company, and your login information.
If you have email service with another provider, using your domain, have your current registrar or former website hosting company create an A Record to point to: 204.212.189.43.

| Then your domain name is automatically pointed to our servers and there is no need to contact us. |

| How to Make Your Site Live |
When you are ready to have your site go live all you need to do is email us at: support@financialvisions.com.
We request that you email us so that we have written verification from you, or your compliance officer, that your site was requested to go live.
If your domain name is not pointed to our servers: server.fvisions.com and ns2.fvisions.com, or if an A Record is not pointed to our IP address (204.212.189.43), we will need to edit your DNS settings for your website to go live and we will need to contact you to have the backend work done so that your website will show up "live" on the Internet.

| Did You Sign Up for Email With Us? |
Please contact us to inform us what email addresses you would like us to create for you.
Email addresses currently come in the following rate packages and include Virus Protection, Spam Control and Web Mail access:
- Two 50MB email addresses for $5/month - $2/month per email address after the first two
- For a 100MB of space, add $1/month/email address - For a 1GB of space, add $3/month/email address
